Free Shipping

Shipping is free on new orders. After the first delivery, in the case of a repair or refund, shipping from you to JoJo Dolls is your responsibility. Shipping from us to you is our responsibility. See the Return Policy for detailed information.

Where We Ship

JoJo Dolls only ships in the United States. Contact us if you are from out of the US and want a JoJo Doll.

Shippers We Use

When you purchase goods from, they will be delivered through one of the following: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We will send you tracking information.


Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, 1 to 2 full business days, depending on the delivery method. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will alert you of shipping problems we are experiencing through email or text. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
