Returns and refunds are only applicable where goods have arrived damaged, in which case photographic evidence will need to be seen before a refund can be processed.

There are no exceptions when it comes to refunds for the following products:

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Downloaded products are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to send partial orders. We also reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason if necessary. We will tell you the reasons, and you will receive a full refund for the products not shipped to you.

What to Expect from the Refund Process

  1. You contact us with information about the damage to your item(s).
  2. We discuss repair and return options.
  3. You ship the damaged product to us at 524 W Walnut St, Lebanon, IN 46052. Consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. If the item is damaged as described, we will continue with the refund or repair. If the damage turns out to be intentional or not as described, we reserve the right to cancel any refund or portion of it.
  5. When a refund is approved, it is processed immediately. We will apply a credit to your original method of payment minus the shipping cost we paid to send your item(s) to you. For example: You paid $500 for a large doll, and shipping cost us $100. That means you will receive a refund of $400.
